- Give the children copies of worksheet.
- Ask the children to colour the spots on the right side of the worksheet according to your instructions: “Colour the first spot yellow, the second green, the third one blue, the fourth one pink, and the fifth one red” (point your finger to individual spots and say which colour to use).
- On the left of the maze, there are some people. Introduce them to the children: “This is Jana. This is Mark. This is Klára. And this is Laura.”
- Children match the person (here is Tom) with his/her favourite colour: “Draw a line to find Tom’s favourite colour.”
- Ask them what Tom’s favourite colour is: “What’s Tom’s favourite colour?” Children answer according to which colour they got to through the maze: “Tom’s favourite colour is ...”
- Follow the same pattern with the rest of the children.
