- Give the children the handout.
- The children should count the people who are dressed for the rain, snow, a warm or a cold day and for windy weather. They will write the numbers into the squares next to the pictures. “How many people are dressed for rainy weather, for snow, for a warm and sunny day, a cold day and for windy weather? Write down the numbers in the squares next to the symbols.“
- Check the answers together.
- On a piece of paper the children can draw themselves in their favourite clothes for all kinds of weather: „What are your favourite clothes when it’s raining, snowing, sunny, windy?“ Draw yourself wearing clothes in each type of weather.*
* The children can draw and describe the pictures in their next Art and design lesson.
