Time: 10 minutes
Materials: DVD player
- First play the whole clip through without pauses, but encourage the children to “say with Steve”.
- Teach and practice with the children the magic phrase “abracadabra 1,2,3”. Then during the second showing, turn off the sound and let the children narrate the clip themselves with your help (by saying the rhyme) ask: “What is it?” and answer: “It’s a (noun)” add pauses wherever necessary.
